Should you or the recipient for any reason not be fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer care department within 24 hours of the order being delivered for an exchange or refund.
On Time Arrangements (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to charge a handling or recovery fee for goods that were incorrectly ordered on the client’s behalf or if the recipient is no longer at the address specified on the order. Such fee is decided at the discretion of the management of On Time Arrangements (Pty) Ltd.
PAYFAST DIRECT CASH DEPOSIT / DIRECT EFT
In the event of a direct cash deposit a surcharge of 5% of the total order value will be charged.
In the event of a direct EFT or direct cash deposit, we at On Time Arrangements will deliver your order once your payment reflects in our bank account. For Nedbank clients this is 24 hours and for clients of other banks please allow two to three working days for clearance.
As we respect the privacy of all our clients, we would like to reassure you that the information provided to us is solely for the use of On Time Arrangements (Pty) Ltd and will not, under any circumstances, be disclosed to a third party.
The information provided to us at the time of the transaction will be for the said transaction and to contact you directly should there be any delivery or order information that is incomplete.
From time to time we may notify you of special offers and changes to our website. Should you not wish to receive these notifications, please ensure that you click the correct option in our registration process.
We would like to give you peace of mind when using our site that the security measures in place will protect your information to the best of our ability.
Your transaction with us encrypted using SSL and the transaction itself is not stored on our server.
Although every precaution has been taken to ensure that our products are delivered exactly as displayed, substitutes of the equivalent quality and price will be used as substitutes should the displayed product not be available at the time of order.
During peak periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and the likes, we experience large volumes of orders and therefore urge you to get your orders in early, make sure they are paid for on time and that we have all the recipient’s details well in advance. A ‘late bloomers’ fee will apply for orders that are received late and delivery of the goods cannot be guaranteed on the required day due to high demand during these peak times.
We require certain information so that we can make sure your order is delivered timeously:
- For deliveries to businesses:

- Company address and department (where applicable)
- For deliveries to hospitals:
- Patient name and telephone number
- Name and telephone number of the hospital
- Ward number
- Please ensure the patients discharge date is checked before you place your order. Additional charges will apply for orders that need to be re-routed.
- Home deliveries:
- Recipient name and telephone number
- Complex or building name
- Unit number
- Street name and number
- Suburb and postal code
