Our Team

On Time Arrangements is run by Owner-Director, Dagny Hooker, with 27 years of professional experience and a diversified prior career path in Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, Bookkeeping and Cost Planning / Management serving the Industrial Equipment, Recruitment and Specialised Printing / Logistics industries.

Dagny continually enters into Competitions and attends industry meetings / demonstrations to enhance her knowledge and scope of design principles. She is a proud and active Member of the Gauteng Flora Union, nurturing growth in the provincial floral art network. She also serves as a Partner to local outreach NPO, Amcare.

Her creative and administrative endeavours are supported in-office by Assistant Florist, Sindi Willie.
